Hi, my name is Michael. We operate Margaret River Properties, focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as they play, relax, and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. Staying at Seaview is truly the quintessential down south holiday experience. This very stylish 4 bedroom house, is set in 2.7 acres on an elevated position in the Gunyulgup Valley and is the perfect place to explore the infamous Margaret River wine region from. It has all your creature comforts and boasts modern spacious bathrooms finished to a high standard. Only minutes from award winning cellar doors and restaurants, and a five minute drive to both Smiths Beach and iconic Yallingup Beach, the location is unbeatable. The beach town of Dunsborough is approximately 10 minutes drive away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the historic Caves House Hotel is less than 5 minutes away. Even better is to return to the house after the days activity’s and either take in the sunset over the stunning ocean views on the deck, cook a bbq on the outdoor kitchen, or curl up in front of the fireplace with a glass of red. The deck has a state of the art retractable canopy and cafe blinds, so you can maximise your alfresco comfort, protected from both the sun and wind in summer and rain in winter. There is also a fire pit for cosy evenings in winter.

Yallingup is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
