Everything perfect about this property. Suzee at the front desk were very helpful and so kind. I changed my plan and left one day before to go to Koh Lanta and she refund me the price of the room. She also booked my trip to Koh Lanta for me. Concerning the dormitory it is like the pictures, very nice, comfortable and very clean. You even have a little window in your box and this is very appreciate. This place is new and I recommend it !

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

La atención fue muy buena, Leo es muy servicial, me orientó para las actividades de la isla según mis preferencias. Había snacks y café gratis para cualquier momento del día, lo cual suma muchos puntos. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños muy limpios

Washroom was very clean and there is always something to eat, which was nice.
