The rooms are clean, and we had more than we could have imagined from a hostel. Apart from kitchen utensils and a place to cook, we literally had an appartment. Way more than we expected from a Hostel. Sure there may be some noise, but you are literally near the beach were restaurants run. We had no problem though as we sleep with earplugs. Would reccomend it
