The staff is friendly and the location is good as well- 10 mins from the railway station and about 15 mins to the old town, its really close to Kapuzinerberg from where you can have a great view over the city and the castle and the Alps. The simply furnished dormitories of the Naturfreundehaus have wooden floors. Bathroom facilities are shared. Walkable location was well explained by the owner and suited our need to be near the Hohensalzburg. Shared facilities were absolutely fine - clean and modern. Simple rooms but well decorated and comfy. And the views - in room and on the terrace - were marvellous. Great, Interesting budget option.
