Great experience, very friendly staff, close to everything in old town and also french quarter can easily be done by foot, great recommendations for activities. Especially Tuan, Mr. Easy was great, from the welcome until the goodbye. If we had any questions or needed anything, he would have sorted it out in no time. Also they have good breakfast and a nice rooftop bar (with whirlpools;)). And did i mention the staff? Thanks a lot! If we come to visit hanoi again I would not know why I should go somewhere else

I've given this very good on everything as it's a 1 star hostel but completely exceeded our expectations. perfect cheap stay with great hosts and super nice. even offered to keep our stuff whilst we trekked fansipan for free

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
