Amazing, relaxed atmosphere making you feel as if you are at a home away from home. Ervan is the most helpful and kind host/owner you could imagine and he makes the place welcoming to all. A great place to stay if you’re wanting to meet people and have a relaxed time.

We were surprised how comfortable the bungalow was. We slept very well. The shower and toilet rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying there. We spend 4 nights there.

second stay at Sand1 and still a good experience. The rooms are nice, very good AC. the location is convenient with a sari-sari next door, fruit seller and motorcycle rental right accross.

Hey Emily from london here soooooo my whole experience at mad monkey was incredible i had the best time and met so many amazing people who will be friends for life! The place is great so clean and fresh and lots of fun and games at night! There’s motorcycles to rent at the place to i rented one for 3 days and ventured round the waterfalls and beaches was so beautiful!! The Staff are just angels i love you guys you were all so very kind to me thank you so much im a solo traveler so meant so much you made me feel so welcome thank you ! I will be back

Excellent location next to Palito Beach. The cabin with large bed and bathroom. Wifi connection in the cabin with Startlink and in the restaurant perfect wifi both at high speed. Great variety of food and it is exquisite, the best I have tasted in the Philippines. You can rent a motorcycle for 400 prss per day or on the main road for 300 pesos.

An oasis in the city, walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants! Try the breakfast it’s really tasty👌 and the garden is so nice too. The ladies at reception are helpful and always there if you need advise or help. Easy bike rental and they arrange transport to the port as well. 👌

I had one of my best stay in the Philippines at Blue House. Thomas and Arthur were really helpful with all the recommendations. The hostel got the best location, walking distance to restaurants, small shops and nightlife. Rooms are cleans, bed very comfortable. Really liked the decoration inside and the beach front with all hammocks, hanging chairs and beach chairs, perfect spot for sunset. They also rent scooters which is very convenient. I hardly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back 🙃

Rita and Joy are absolutely wonderful hosts, they made me feel comfortable from my arrival and organized/recommended a lot, from scooter rental to places to eat and see. I can never thank them enough and will be back <3 You will definitely want to stay there for the general ambiance, it is a small hostel and everyone know each other. Rooms are comfy, bathroom are nice and clean, quiet environment and well located

    By far the best hostel i’ve stayed at! the staff are so lovely and welcoming, there is a family dinner most nights which give you the opportunity to meet so many new people! great location and lovely vibes

    One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Amazing place, spacious, beautiful vibe, great location, great people and lovely doggies, I had an amazing stay. I highly recommend it! Just book it, you won't regret it :)

    The food is good and is quit cheap which is nice when you are staying there. Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets! They had a big party on the Sunday we where here where a lot of locals came and some other backpackers from other hostels
