No reception, but self-checkin works perfectly. Great location Pier2 Art Center, pier and parking is only 5-6 mins walking from the place.

I thought I booked this blue (DELUXE ROOM, TWIN BED) for NTD 3000 with promotion ofcourse. But when we arrived, they told us that this room is NTD 4500. So I was not and am not happy with what happened to us. We had to stay at double bed room. I didn't want to argue because they did not know English and there was Storm passing in that area at that moment. Not sure if it is Booking.com problem or theirs. I would be cautious of future booking with Booking.com

We had to postpone our stay, due to circumstances beyond our control. But the management took incredible care in moving our booking, and booking us in later the following month. And we're glad we made it in the end! The guesthouse is immaculately clean, and really comfortable, as well as being in a great location. We'll definitely think of staying here again when we're back in Kaohsiung.
