Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable with appropriately thick sheets. Bathroom is clean with a high pressure shower. Staff let us have their complimentary breakfast despite having to checkout early.

Before checked out, Aunty Apple gave us bag full of snacks to eat on our way. The service was beyond expectation and warm, and we will surely come back again for another trip! 2-Location wise, it just 10 mins from airport and near to other attractions as well.

My mother was ill and needed to see a doctor in Chiang Rai, and Alex went above & beyond to help us navigate the situation. He even drove us to the hospital! We are beyond grateful for the support we received from the entire family. Meeting them and experiencing their selflessness and incredible kindness was a highlight of our travels in Thailand.
