He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

Room was cleaned every day and when we came home in the evening, every time there would be dimmed lights left what felt very welcoming. Joseph and Elvira were very friendly and gave us all sorts of suggestions on what to see and do. We are especially thankful for organizing us the private boat ride to Mam-on island and the encouragement to go surfing together. We cannot wait to go back!!

Amazing views of the ocean and surrounding area. Not a man made structure in sight. Breathtaking views from the rooftop. Very clean pool area, and the food was delicious. The bushes in front of our room came alive with the greatest firefly show I've ever seen at night. Staff was perfect, and we couldn't ask for better. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was an incredible stay, we can't wait to come back.
