Pay no attention to that, but look straight ahead; the unit above the garages is the large, lovely room you'll have all to yourself. Enormous windows look over the bucolic property, which gently slopes down to the Whanganui River. It's really like a mini paradise and owner Renee couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommended!

Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. Simply fantastic. This is a really well appointed self contained small apartment in a very quiet part of town. Parking is outside the property on the street but very convenient and safe. The villa has all facilities for cooking and we eat in the villa all 3 nights. With an excellent washer and dryer we wee able to wash clothes and dry outside on a drying rack - ample pegs provided. There is a small, elegant garden with a sitting area to enjoy the evening sunshine. All was very comfortable. Supermarkets were close. It was a 1.5 to 2 km walk into town, which we did not do.
