Bellrock Lodge está en Russell, a 12 min a pie de Long Beach y a 400 metros de Iglesia de Cristo. We liked Bellrock Lodge and this little village so much, we even extended our stay! :) It is worth staying longer in Kororareka Russell and especially at Bellrock Lodge, so let us tell you why: Bellrock Lodge is situated on a little hill (if you walk, there are a few steep meters) and because of that, you will have the most amazing views from your terrace over the coast. On clear days you will even see as far as Waitangi. The apartment and the terrace are quite spacious, even the bathroom offers more than usual space in rental properties. It is very nice equipped. The garden is beautiful so you also see beautiful garden greenery from the terrace. The hosts Catherine and Stuart are very kind and responded fast via WhatsApp. Their sweet dog Piper was also a great host and excited to offer play time with her favorite football and such :D Catherine and Stuart were always very hospitable, so for instance, if you get in a morning rain like us, getting new towels is easy peasy, just a message/call away ;-) The Lodge offers great amendities: laundry, dryer, DVD Library (great selection, we loved it), CD and Book Library aswell... To top it off, the Whirlpool and BBQ area are great, with superb views also. We loved to enjoy the Spa, especially on rainy days. In addition to that, we highly appreciated how thoughtful everything is equipped, there are umbrellas in the driveway, wineglasses from plastic for the Spa, different chairs (even comfy reading/TV chairs), more than 2 different towel sizes and many more things like that.. We have travelled a lot and Bellrock Lodge is one of our favorites. You nearly forget, that you are at a self-service accomendation because everything is so thoughtfully done. It is worth staying longer, you can experience a lot in the area, walk to the beaches from Bellrock if you want to, get groceries and have great restaurants/cafés in town.

Tiny on Access está en Kerikeri, a 21 km de Opua Forest, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Absolutely loved staying here , so cozy and warm. The little details make a big difference. It was pouring with rain when we got there and the host pre heated it for us can't thank you enough.

Sleep with the Kiwis in Doves Bay está en Kerikeri, a 36 km de Opua Forest, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y zona de barbacoa. Very quiet within walking distance of the beach. Nice view from upper balcony Very comfortable with plenty to visit in the region

The Waterfront Studio Opito Bay está en Kerikeri, a 37 km de Opua Forest y a 16 km de Kemp House and Stone Store. The waterfront studio was one of the most scenic places we have stayed. The view is outstanding and the room is excellent. It was so good that we stayed in every night for dinner to enjoy the view and location. We were exceptionally well hosted and the room was great value with breakfast and cheeses provided. We would definitely return and recommend this for your next stay.

Paihia on the Rise, que cuenta con vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con patio a unos 3,3 km de Puerto de Paihia. We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are super friendly and will help wherever it is needed. Thanks for everything!

The Pacific Room, Tapeka Point, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Russell, a 2 min a pie de Tapeka Point Beach y a 1,2 km de Flagstaff Hill. Absolutely loved that we had chosen to stay in Russell for seven nights. The Pacific room was very spacious, we ended up with two rooms. The location is on a road that is easy to walk on to reach beaches at both ends. It was so quiet, and we enjoyed just being on our own, and not in the main streets of Russell. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very obliging and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was okay and provided extra baked goodies. The Pacific Room's facilities allow for simple self catering - as advertised there is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, cutlery and crockery. The hosts washed our dishes, as there was no kitchen sink, and they readily provided fresh towels ( we didn't have to ask!). We also appreciated that the hosts put the effort in to recycle anything that we separated from our rubbish as recyclable.

Kaingarua Retreat se encuentra en Kerikeri, a 19 km de Opua Forest y a 5,5 km de Kemp House and Stone Store. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y parking privado gratis. Spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. Lovely sunny living area and blackout blinds in the bedroom for a deep sleep. The bed was also comfortable.

Fantail River Lodge está en Haruru, a 20 km de Opua Forest y a 2,7 km de Cascadas de Haruru. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. Beautiful home with wonderful, friendly hosts! Chris thought of every detail to make sure guests feel welcome.

Paradise on The Strand está en Russell, a 16 min a pie de Long Beach y a 500 metros de Iglesia de Cristo. Ofrece alojamiento con terraza y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. I don’t know how this accommodation could be any better - it’s location on The Strand, the amazing view of the bay from the patio, the delicious, homemade breakfast delivered to your apartment every day, the most gracious, thougtful host. It was just wonderful. I told my husband, cancel the rest of our roadtrip around the North Island, let’s just stay here. Highly recommend!
