And you have access to the kitchen plus waching machine if you want to do your laundry (which we did). It's also near the old street where they sell good banana cake. I think we only paid Grab 7RM to get to this old street.

The owners are so friendly, even though we arrived late around 8.30pm. When we checked out, they even came out for small talk & bid goodbye. The location is easy to find, quite near to the main road. The room & toilet are squeaky clean. Although as described in the details, the toilet (squat) as well as shower is outside. Not surprised as they've written in the details. Just outside our room is the pantry where we got the coffee premix and the hot water. The room is very comfy.
