Terrace Kandy está en Kandy, a 18 min a pie de Museo Kandy, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Me gustó el trato de las dueñas, personas amables y resolutivas; también el desayuno y la cena son un punto a destacar, te ponen comida como si fuera una boda y el precio está muy bien. Me lavaron la ropa y me guardaron mi tuktuk en su garaje.

Galkaduwa360 Villa está en Kandy y ofrece vistas a la ciudad, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. En la habitación en casa particular, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Very clean and new! Very big room with balcony and almost 360 view just from the room! You can literally see both sunrise and sunset! And there is a rooftop with tables and chairs. And monkeys sometimes. Great shower! Hot water, good water pressure! Very big and comfortable bed! There are AC and fan! There is kitchen because the owner lives here as well. He is very kind and always seems happy. He would message me to let me know when the monkeys come to the house 😂 He also offered washing machine for me to use because I stayed them for 4 nights! Location is out of busy town center, but only 10 min by tuktuk within 300lkr. Or you can also walk 5 min down the street to catch the local bus for 30lkr. There is a good restaurant “the chef corner” just 2min walk and the food there is really good! Next to it there is a fruit store and a bakery. Very convenient. I also found an Ayurvedic doctor in the area and got a massage. If you are going to Sigiriya by car, you don’t need to go through town.

I had an incredible experience staying here. The host and his family were absolutely amazing—so warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan food they served. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, full of authentic flavors and prepared with so much care. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with exceptional service and fantastic food. Can’t wait to return!

Corner Cottage - Anuradhapura se encuentra en Anuradhapura, a 15 min a pie de Kada Panaha Tank y a 1,9 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank. The stay at Corner Cottage was the highlight of our trip. This young couple is welcoming and energetic to create an exceptional yet homey experience for tourists. Make sure you request dinner! Amazing food and with a tuk tuk on site it was so convenient to get a ride to the bus and our own tour!

Namaya Nature cuenta con jardín y salón de uso común, además de terraza. Se encuentra en el centro de Kandy, no muy lejos de Estadio Bogambara y Estación de tren de Kandy. Very comfortable rooms with a balcony, great location on top of the hill with panoramic views to Kandy and very friendly hosts! Great value for money.

Dew Ashi Homestay se encuentra en Sigiriya, a 5,9 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya y a 9 km de Pidurangala Rock. We never expected such warmth, but their care felt like family. We also chose to have dinner from them — it was absolutely finger-licking good! If I ever get the chance to visit Sigiriya again, Dew Ashi will definitely be my choice.

Jungle Eco Lodge & Safari está en Sigiriya, a 3,2 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya y a 6,3 km de Pidurangala Rock. After somewhat difficult arrival because of the night rain and small car we had :-) we were kindly welcomed by our nice host Kumari, with whom we had an really interesting evening conversations during our stay. The room is nice and equipped. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared, with local specialities. Located in a small settlement inside the jungle, one can really enjoy the nature around - and visit Sigiriya and surroundings.
