Gihan and his wife truly care for all of their guests, looking after their wellbeing and also allowing for independence and privacy. It felt to nice to be well cared for, especially when traveling alone. Gihan can help arrange tours and activities and will take you himself in his Tuk Tuk when available. They have bikes for hire and I enjoyed riding all around Anuradhapura a couple of times. Their food is amazing! In the past they owned a restaurant and it shows. A huge variety and the best food I’ve had in Sri Lanka. I am gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating to my diet. You can tell they care a lot about their business, investing in it and caring for their clients. Extend your stay, you won’t regret it. There’s much to see In Anuradhapura and you’ll not want to leave Corner Cottage.

Emerald Home Stay ofrece alojamiento bien ubicado en el centro de Anuradhapura, y tiene vistas al jardín y terraza. We spent four days at Emerald Home Stay and felt as being home! Wonderful and very very helpful hosts! Thank you very much! Breakfast and dinner were extremely good! We had a spacious and comfortable room with AC. We even were brought to the bus terminal when we left.

MONI FARM HOUSE WILPATTU dispone de alojamiento con aire acondicionado en Nochchiyagama. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Las habitaciones son enormes, nuevas y con un porche a un jardín, el trato fue encantador, la comida muy rica y la ayuda al organizar el safari fueron de 10, volvería sin lugar a duda.

Wilpattu Mookalan Resort, que cuenta con bicicletas gratis, jardín y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Habawewa, a 39 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 39 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. La amabilidad de toda la familia es espectacular. Se preocupan por todo. Ubicación fantástica pues está a las puertas del PN Wilpattu. Cena muy abundante, hay que decirle que ponga menos para no tirar comida, pero estaba riquísima.

It’s a peaceful oasis which is new and clean and overlooks a beautiful lotus covered lake. There are all kinds of bird life in the garden including wild peacocks. The hosts have created a paradise and were truly the most accommodating and kind hosts we met. We actually moved there from an alternate guest house in Habarana because the first one was in a dreadful state and very noisy. The Lake Wind is just the opposite. We are two older cousins, discerning travellers, seeking comfort at our ages and had the two rooms with lots of space in each suite. Big clean bathroom. We had a delicious dinner cooked by our hosts and then a delicious breakfast served up in a gorgeous hut on stilts overlooking the lake. I recommend this place as the best place to stay if you want to see the sights around Habarana. It’s convenient to all attractions. It’s far enough away from the main road to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep on the big comfortable beds. The showers have good pressure and hot water- unlike the first place we had stayed at. They even provided a plug socket for all shapes of electrical plugs.

Swan Lake Habarana se encuentra en Habarana, a 12 km de Pidurangala Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. The property was lovely and serene. Kalahara, the host, was just exceptional. He does not overlook a single detail and he is gracious and willing to share excellent suggestions with you. I loved that he walked me through his garden, pointing out all of the unique trees and plants he has.

Golden Ray villa está en el centro de Anuradhapura y ofrece alojamiento con vistas al jardín, jardín y terraza. The owner and his right hand Shiran who were just amazing and will say yes to everything you need! Amazing people! Got lemon juice and the most yummy sugar lemon roti for welcome drinks, they made us feel at home. The location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle of the town and close enough to be close to all the attractions. Nice big room, comfy bed, hot water (hot /cold water in different pipes) but you can shower with only the hot. Clean and really just perfect. Stay here!

Meegahapokuna Resort ofrece alojamiento con una buena ubicación en Anuradhapura y dispone de jardín, wifi gratis y terraza. It's a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful environment with excellent hospitality. Can enjoy bird watching at the pond and the paddy fields. I highly recommend this place.

Oleena Home Stay tiene vistas al jardín y está en Habarana. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, cafetería, jardín y terraza. El alojamiento de Jeewa y Masha fue de los mejores que estuvimos en Sri Lanka. Está en una parte muy tranquila de Habarana, rodeado de naturaleza. La habitación es amplia y está limpia, con terraza para tomar el fresco y un porche muy agradable para los desayunos y las cenas. Jeewa era super antento y nos ayudó a contratar un safari y otros traslados. Habarana fue una base ideal para ver Pidurangala, Sigiriya, Polonaruwa, etc. Sin duda, lo recomendamos!!
