Corner Cottage - Anuradhapura se encuentra en Anuradhapura, a 15 min a pie de Kada Panaha Tank y a 1,9 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank. Everything was just as promised. There were no other guests that night so I had the living room and verandah to myself. Everything went as expected.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the accommodation is well located for visiting the sites of Anuradhapura. The hosts are incredibly generous and hospitable. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and helped us organize our visits. And above all, we had the best Sri Lankan breakfast of our entire trip!!! Thank you again for the little gifts when we left

MONI FARM HOUSE WILPATTU dispone de alojamiento con aire acondicionado en Nochchiyagama. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Staff were amazing and host was easy to contact and flexible. Location was well out of the way with an amazing lake within a few minutes walk with trials to walk also bit perfect for Wilpattu national park. Food was really nice and the room had everything you could need.

Wilpattu Mookalan Resort, que cuenta con bicicletas gratis, jardín y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Habawewa, a 39 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 39 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. La amabilidad de toda la familia es espectacular. Se preocupan por todo. Ubicación fantástica pues está a las puertas del PN Wilpattu. Cena muy abundante, hay que decirle que ponga menos para no tirar comida, pero estaba riquísima.

I wish I had more than one night in this beautiful property. From before arrival to departure the hosts could not have done more to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They reached out to see if they could offer any assistance and after hearing we were travelling via train, offered to pick us up in their tuk. Although it was only 2 km from the station, we were grateful as it started raining just before we arrived. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink and shown the rooms. It’s a very private property, set apart from the main house, and offers 2 separate rooms which are perfect for families and small groups. The rooms are well designed and appointed with mosquito nets, a/c and hot water. There are great views from inside and out, with a number of different areas to sit, relax and enjoy the lake views. We enjoyed a fantastic home cooked dinner in the outdoor covered dining area and breakfast in the elevated hut on the lakefront which was perfect for watching all the birds. The dining area also had a fridge (if you want to byo), kettle and filtered water. We chose this place due to its proximity to Hurulu (the hosts also helped with organising the safari), but I hope to return and enjoy more of the great food and hospitality.

Swan Lake Habarana se encuentra en Habarana, a 12 km de Pidurangala Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Kalhara is the perfect host , highly attentive and thoughtful about every small detail. The rooms are spacious, with a minimal aesthetic, well maintained and super clean. Every meal was a lovely home cooked spread, accommodating certain dietary restrictions . One of the best stay experiences I had during my two week trip in Srilanka.

I spent three nights at Oleena Homestay and had an amazing experience. Jeewa provided great recommendations for things to do in the area, helped organise transport, and even took me on a day trip to Pidurangala and Dambulla in his tuk tuk. The home-cooked meals by Masha were absolutely delicious — a perfect introduction to Sri Lankan cuisine. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Jeewa and Masha truly went above and beyond to take care of their guests. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Habarana and the surrounding area.
