馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou está en Nakatsugawa, a 11 min a pie de Toson Memorial Museum, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. A well-run hostel in a former elementary school. Dorm style rooms, shared bathrooms, all very clean. In walking distance from Magome village center and start of Nakasendo trail. Friendly and helpful staff shares recommendations for breakfast and dinner places. If you come to hike the trail, there is no need for a five- star hotel facility. I would return to this place any time and will definitely recommend it to friends...

熱海温泉 実の別荘 está en Atami, a 19 min a pie de Playa de Atami Sun y a 27 km de Estación Hakone-Yumoto. At first I was surprised by the good ratings, but it was indeed well deserved! The staff was very friendly and the guesthouse is very spacious, with a great view to the mountain and the sea. We were very well received and everything was clean and tidy! Top experience

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. Guest House Ouka is about 11mins walk from Takayama station, the route was pretty straight forward - just a straight line! The Guest House itself is cosy and well decorated. On 1/F you will find the reception counter and a home-like common area, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware and long dining tables, Shower rooms are just next to the kitchen. My single room was on the 2/F which was clean, warm and spacious!! (with comfy bed/ chair/ hair dryer/ mirror/ small laundry rack etc. and a warm welcome note :) Restroom/ washing machine (200yen)/ tumble dryer/ Laundry racks/ washbasins were just few steps away. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, luggage storage was also available before check in and after check out. I had a great time in Ouka and Takayama, will definitely come back next time (and stay for few more days!)

Por lo que si quieren vivir esa experiencia es perfecto para ustedes. Está a unos 3 minutos de la estación, la anfitriona es muy amable y aunque no hable inglés hará lo posible por entenderte.

長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel se encuentra en Shingu, a 5 min a pie de Kamikura Shrine y a 700 metros de Kumano Hayatama Taisha. My family and I liked how spacious, convenient and warm welcoming our host was! The location was few minutes walking distance to local restaurants and family mart. It was also approximately 8 minutes from Kumano Hayatama Taisha and in front of the bus stop heading towards to Nachi. Our host, Sasaki-san, was also kind to give us an introduction to the place along with offering free icecream, beer and sake! Overall we recommend this place!

AJITO Hostel & CafeBar está en Shingu, a 2,9 km de Playa de Ojigahama, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis y bar. The room and facilities are clean. The location is very good. It’s near the bus stop and the convenience store. And if you wake up early like me and there’s no bus at that time, you still able walk to the Shingu station. The hostel has 4 bicycles to be borrowed with no charge. You can ride it around the city.

民泊 二見のおうち es un alojamiento con jardín que está en Futami, a 7,7 km de Oharai-machi, a 2,6 km de Santuario Futamiokitama y a 2,8 km de Sun Arena. The host was very welcoming ! Japanese traditional room.

ヒルズハウスセカンド está en Tokoname y ofrece vistas a la ciudad, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. It had a true homely feel - you will be staying with a local couple who are the most wonderful people. They are both deeply passionate about Tokoname artists and will be able to give you a lot of information about them. They delivered an authentic experience of living in a Japanese household. The rooms are cute, clean, and comfortable too!

B&B legare se encuentra en Gifu y ofrece alojamiento con terraza o balcón, wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana, además de bicicletas gratis y jardín. La calidez y afecto que uno recibe en este hogar hizo de mi paso por Japón un mejor viaje, recomiendo absolutamente un paso por aquí si estás de visita por Gifu.
