This is probably the BEST hotel experience ever in my life, it’s amazing!! Room is spacious, clean, quiet, they prepared everything for you even slippers which is not common in Europe. The accommodation features a lift, and luggage storage for guests. The location was fantastic! A block from Accademia, a few blocks from the Duomo, across the street from a fantastic gelato place... It was nice. It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.
