What you see on the photos here is not enough to capture the beauty of this place. The hosts are incredibly warm people and they even drove us to where we needed to go cause we were in a bit of a rush. Free of charge, out of the goodness of their hearts. 100000/10. The location of the property is perfect. The Hotel/restaurant sit on a lagoon with mirror like water. The sound of the water was very soothing. The view was captivating. we could not get enough of it. Sunsets and sun risings were ever changing and so beautiful, making our breakfast a very relaxing, enjoyable experience. Morning breakfast was delicious with many varieties of food making it a very balance and healthy meal. In addition, having the Marina & ferry next to our hotel made it easier for us to visit the main Venise Island. I would advise to purchase a daily pass. You will have the choice of two boat company with $7 dollars different ($18; $25). Some of the boat line run until 3 Am from Venise to Treporti. For those without rental car, you can come to Venise by train or plan and then use bicycles, or Taxi boat to move through Venise main island or the surrounding ones.

It is quiet, the aircon works well, free gated parking, table outside for breakfast / lunch… The host is exceptionally nice, communication with her was excellent.
