He was so helpful at all times. The room was spacious, overlooking the beach with a little private balcony to chill in and read in the evening. Beds were super comfortable. A/C was effective and very quiet. The homestay is at the heart of Cherai beach, walking distance to everything on offer. We opted to have breakfast every day - you could choose Indian or continental. We opted for Indian. Lovely home cooked chana masala and various curries and huge fruit platter and traditional breakfast items were enjoyed every morning, with an explanation from Sajeev about what we were eating. Excellent value for money. We also had dinner a couple of nights which was also good value and very filling. You will never be hungry at Sajeev's place. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stains holidayhome & party floor, Cherai beach está en Pallipuram, a 19 min a pie de Playa de Munambam y a 30 km de Astillero de Cochín. What else can we say ? It was perfect... The room was amazing and Stains and his wife and daughter were so friendly... Very thoughtful in every detail. We felt like we were at home. The breakfast was excellent. Various and tasty. Thank you again for everything! The nearest beaches are 20 min walk away. The area is just so lovely to walk around.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the service was amazing. Proactive follow ups and the hosts were genuinely caring. We checked in very late in the night but the hosts were very cooperative and stayed up late to welcome our family. They also woke up early in the morning to attend to our needs. Rooms were very big, clean and had all the necessary amenities. One small feedback would be to improve the WiFi and upgrade the plug points in the room for international guests. I wish Deepu and Anu all the best. I’m sure they will continue to do a bang up job in welcoming thousands of more guests in the coming future.

Lovely large clean room with spotless modern bathroom. Great sea view from the rooms large double window. Excellent AC and fan kept the room cool. The balcony was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge quantities each day, served on the balcony. A different breakfast each day (dosa, apam,idli, hoppers, fruit, fresh juice, tea/coffee). Late afternoon tea and battered snacks provided each day. A useful shop downstairs. Over the road, then over a few rocks, it is possible to swim just 50m from the room - fantastic! The main beach is about a km up the road but I was happy with nipping over the wall. Very friendly and kind people running the place. Laxmi speaks excellent English.

This place was a wonderful find - the ocean is right across the road and is a lullaby to send you to sleep - gorgeous. Plenty of beaches nearby. The hosts don’t speak much English but their daughter does and communicates via What’s App - it’s brilliant. Food is so tasty and plenty of it. The kindness of the hosts is amazing and I loved my stay here. I had the room with the balcony sea view - wonderful

It's an experience that one will go through. Nice and warm welcoming host who takes care of you like a family. Very close to Cherai Beach and hence very advantageous. The owner is very accommodating and sincere If fact one of my friends forgot the Bluetooth and the owner reminded of it and was kind enough to send to the address provided by free of cost. Excellent

The hospitality was out of this world. This property is run by Sudheesh and his family. They make you feel at home. Although this is a business for them, it is clear that hospitality is a passion for them and they don't use the property as a pure money making machine like other places we have stayed at. They put their heart and soul into this property and making you feel welcome and they want to help you because they are kind people with good hearts. Staying here with my partner was lovely. It felt like having a piece of home in Kerala. The bed was so comfortable and the homemade breakfast was varied and delicious. Each breakfast was different and gave you an insight into South Indian food. Everything is fresh and some things are grown in their garden. The location is a short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Thank you to Sudheesh and his family for a lovely stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail really made my visit feel special. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the things needed for a relaxing stay. The view from my room was stunning, and it was so peaceful that I could truly unwind. One of the highlights was the location – it’s just a short distance from Cherai Beach. The hotel offered a great variety of dishes, including some delicious local Kerala specialties, which were a treat! Breakfast was a delight. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Blue Bird Homestay to anyone looking to enjoy Cherai Beach while staying in comfort and style. I can't wait to return!
