There is a cozy courtyard, and the location is in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Bus stops are close by, which makes it convenient to get around. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The property offers soundproof units and is located 15 km from Roscommon Museum. The room is located over a busy and friendly pub. I was really surprised at how soundproof the room was given that there was a function on in the bar that night and I'm a light sleeper. The function ended at a reasonable hour but I heard very little noise while it was on. Tip: to avoid a cold shower check the hot water tap in the sink first. The room I was in may have been located furthest from water tanks so it took a little time for the heated water to reach the room. I would have gladly stayed another night but due to a mix up I couldn't, the owner very kindly arranged an alternative place for me to stay.
