Amazing staff who greeted us with big smiles and treated us like family during our stay in the hotel. Just the nicest people I have ever met! Bar was amazing, drinks and beer were stellar! We won’t stay anywhere else in Dublin but here. Rooms are brand new and spotlessly clean! A/C was a real treat, too, since it is not common.

The property offers an onsite bakery, an artisan grocery store and a take away breakfast and lunch served daily. Fantastic place in all aspects, absolutely nothing to complain about! We had an issue with the codes upon checking in but the team was super responsive when called. Rooms are super lovely, clean and comfortable. Water and tea and coffee machine is provided. All comforts in the room.

The staff is amazing and very very friendly - our little daughter loved interacting with the ladies at the reception and really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt they organized for her. The location is perfect, our room was spacious and quite cozy + the building has a significant historical and architectural value. The breakfast menu was very well structured - I'd definitely recommend the eggs Benedict! All in all - we'd recommend the place to anyone who's willing to get the most of their stay in Kilkenny!

Whitewater Shopping Centre, the Curragh Racecourse and Newbridge Silverware are less than a 10 minute drive away. Big car park. Great friendly staff. Clean accommodation and was good value. Location perfect for visiting Kildare and surrounding areas. Great food in restaurant.

From a last minute early check in to an upgrade of my booked room to offering a lift where they could and providing me with fans when I found the evenings a bit hot. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was immaculate. I know it’s said a lot but I really was a home away from home, only my home is rarely that tidy! I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller and can’t wait to return with my family and book out the place.
