The other staffs are very nice as well. It’s a little bit far from central towns but that’s why it’s quiet and cozy. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really liked this hotel.

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Some units have a spa bath or a shower with hydromassage facilities. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

Simply furnished and air conditioned, all rooms at Villa Agas open to a balcony with garden and town views. Facilities include a TV and hairdryer. Especially I was so impressed by the gentleman at the reception. As I needed to check-out very early in the morning, far before my arrival date, I asked a question via e-mail by telling the time I would need to leave. Upon my arrival, I learnt that this gentleman understood everything from the e-mail communication between Villa Agas and myself, and before I may have felt the need to ask a question or two, this gentleman gave me all the information I would need. In a detailed but simple and warm fashion. I think, as far as I can remember from my travel experiences, this does not happen often. As I want to come back to Santorini someday, Villa Agas is going to be my first choice.

The property is set 4.3 km from Ancient Thera, 7.8 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera and 9.4 km from Santorini Port. The property features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and rooms with pool views. We’ve traveled extensively through Greece and stayed at many hotels across the ratings and price range; this hotel was one of our best experiences. Family run, very attentive and mindful. Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!

Casa di Syrii is a beachfront property located in Ermoupoli, 700 metres from Asteria Beach and 500 metres from Saint Nicholas Church. Featuring sea and city views, this guest house also offers free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. Great location right by the sea. About 5-10 minutes walk from the port, and even less into town. I had amazing sea views from my room! I loved the style of the room. There was even a fridge with a bottle of free water. Got a map and good information on arrival from one of the owners.

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Mykonos Old Port is 1.8 km away and Mykonos New Port is 4.2 km from the guest house. Our stay at Bay View Residence was absolutely fabulous. The room was fantastic with stunning views of the sea and the sunset. Watching the sunset from the room and the balcony was an incredible experience! The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, beyond our expectations. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and well organised, providing everything needed for a very enjoyable holiday. One of the best hotel rooms! The staff was very accommodating, providing us with green tea on request, tips about the island, and conplimentary airport transfers even though my friend and I had different flying schedules. Having easy acces to the market on site made our trip easier. The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre, restauransts, the shopping area, and the Fabrika bus stop with buses towards different beaches in Mykonos, yet away from the noise and crowds. There is also a beach just a few steps away. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we'd love to go back to Bay View Residence!

Situated within 200 metres of Livadakia Beach and 15 km of Serifos Old Mines, Serifos Sunset features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Livadakia. The property has inner courtyard views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Had a lovely stay at Serifos Sunset. Host was very friendly and hospitable. Accomodation was everything required and only a short walk from the town - 7-8 minutes. Was offered pick-up from the port but I didn't need it. There is also a lovely, secluded beach less than 5 minutes away! There is, in addition, a bus service each morning from Livadi up to the wonderful hill-town of Chora.
