I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Overall Nana's guesthouse definately is value for money and for sure I will visit this guesthouse again in future as well. Highly recommend place if you are looking for budget stay in Batumi.
