A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

The guest house features an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. the living room has a great view and we felt like at home with extra service. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and even with language barrier we had a great evening with backamon. Also when other guests arrived we had a good talk with them.

This is the best place I have stayed in my Georgia trip. Room was very spacious and well lit with a cute sitout area. It's located very close to the center and big supermarket is at its doorsteps.. kitchen is also fully equipped. Host were super friendly and welcoming. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely stay here and recommend others as well.
