Reception staff was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was leaving us chocolate bars every day. Great environment overall and very close to some convenience stores, pubs, restaurants and bus stops. In just 20 mins you can be in the scenic downtown of the fairytale like Edinburgh. Recommended.

She also gave us loads of recommendations and was always super responsive. I felt very comfortable and the check in/check out couldn't have been any smoother! Our room exceeded our expectations - it was so much bigger and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. To summarise, I have no complaints at all! Would gladly go back.

Sinead and Chris were so sweet and helpful and forthcoming, the location was really great (and we've only travelled by bus, which was no problem at all), the view in the sea-facing room is fantastic, we've slept heavenly in those comfy beds, and the breakfast is a MUST. 10/10 recommendation!
