Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.6 km from Berlin Central Station. We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon and loved it. It's a beautiful break from some of the busier areas of Berlin but the U Bahn (U6) is right outside the apartment and this line is very well connected to the tourist sports or busier areas. Apartment was clean and Jurgen has done a fantastic job restoring this factory building in to an attractive industrial style apartment. Jurgen was a very accommodating host who was always on hand to help with recommendations which were all fantastic. If we return to Berlin we will be looking to see if the apartment is available.

He went the extra mile and explained surrounding historic buildings. The comfortable bath tub in the clean and large bathroom is something I would have liked to take with me :-). Everything you need is provided in the kitchen for you, the induction hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher for your convenience. I found peace and tranquility in the quiet house just a 10 minute walk away from the Residence of Schoenhausen, where you can explore recent history of the former East German state which received state guests there. Sit afterwards in the sun and enjoy a coffee and one of the scrumptious cakes in the small cafe opposite the entrance and take a walk in the Residence Gardens.
