It is a very nice guesthouse on the 19th floor overlooking the Mekong River and the other side of the city. The photos attached are from my room. Good value for money. The owner Christine speaks and writes in English. This is tough to find in China. She is very informative. She helped me with a good driver for sightseeing. Her place is clean and neat. It has a laundry machine, large fridge, lounge, dining table and kitchen for communal use. She does costume rentals. Her location is fantastic. Close to everything.

Although they didn't speak English much they made sure to take care of me and even gave me gifts and snacks :) A very lovely family. The hotel is very central as well, you can walk to the main parts of the city.
