They were very helpful with the parking. The breakfast is delicious with fresh products, would recommend!

Big room with en suite bathroom and a huge balcony with the best views ever!! Aldo was always available and gave recommendations for everything we needed in town. His dad Luan was really helpful and so kind to us. Definitely this is the place! Also they have a private parking spot for guests.

Quando eu cheguei me deram um suco de romã natural, amoras, pêssego. No último dia eu passei mal, não fui pra canto nenhum e me deixaram ficar pela casa até dar a hora do meu vôo.

She is the sweetest one ever! We got such a warm welcome, the day we checked in, she gave me some homemade sweet before we head to the beach, and we got to try a fruit the day we checked out as a gift which I really appreciate that! Her dad is super cool, he introduced us the place to eat, and what activities we can do around the area. The room is very clean and safe. It was super close to the beach. Good price! Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation close to everything but nice and quiet at night. The house has everything you could need. It's very comfortable and well furnished with lovely views from the balcony. The host is very friendly and helpful. They made all the arrangements very easy. Highly recommended!

Villa 11 is a family run hotel. From the moment we got there until we left, we were made feel very welcome and very well taken care of . The hotel is run by Rosie , her husband Victor, daughter Lisa, and son Johann. The hotel is modern and spacious and beautifully decorated. We were driving, so private car parking space was a plus . We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival . Spacious bedroom with large balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of wardrobe space , and a plus was the fridge Nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Shampoo shower gel and soap included . Large bath towels and slippers in room . We were given towels for the beach . Hotel guests do not have to pay for sun loungers/ umbrellas . We were there for 6 nights . Breakfast was included . It was so delicious, freshly prepared when we arrived down every morning . Great variety Rosie and her family were amazing hostesses. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given a bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return

Los anfitriones, nos atendieron muy bien, y su hija estaba por teléfono y whatsapp para atender todas las dudas en inglés muy rápido. Hay un jardín precioso con sofá y sillas para pasar el tiempo, con luces por la noche y vistas al mar. Desde nuestra habitación se podía ver hasta Durres y el atardecer.
