The property is very well located, the manager is very friendly and helpful, we had to check in late and we got a very detailed instructions how to self check-in, the apartment was very very clean and well maintained! We definitely recommend that place, next time in Hanoi we definitely will book it again!!

It is in a very central and good location, the room was clean, the beds are very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. I would gladly recommend this accomodation to anybody (who is up to climb some stairs), we had a really good time here!

Only a few minutes walk from the lake, very comfortable, fantastic cost-benefit, great family owners & speak English, a home away from home. Went to stay a few days and stayed a month! Fully equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace, live in the alleys like the locals but still close to everything in Tay Ho (expat area of Ha Noi).

This has been the cosiest and the most welcoming accommodation we've been to in the last three months of our travel. The host is very sweet and helpful and really made us feel welcome, the rooms are sparkle clean, bright and so cosy we wanted to stay longer just to hang out in the room. The host also has her own fashion design studio on the ground floor of the house, and she showed me how to do the embroidery which was the most relaxing evening I could ask for after wandering around the city for entire day. I can't recommend enough this accommodation!
