We had a great stay at Mayda Cappadocia Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center, yet quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise when the sky fills with hot air balloons — truly magical. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh local items. The hotel staff also helped us arrange both a hot air balloon ride and a horseback tour, which made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and authentic Cappadocia experience.

We deliberated a lot on our stay in Cappadocia, there were so many options and it's hard to decide which one would be authentic and good for us. We are glad we chose well. Our stay there was very short, and we came with no big plans except to get a glimpse of this amazing landscape. The hotel is located in Uchisar right next to the Uchisar Castle, has a great view of the valley below (and the balloon rides in the morning). The staff Mustafa and Bahar was super helpful with arranging all logistics for us very quickly including a shuttle to and from Kayseri airport which was over an hour away, a curated day trip with a guide and massages. Mustafa has been very gracious with his suggestions on what to do on the trip, restaurents to visit and went out of his way to make our visit memorable. It was my birthday on the one day and he arranged for a suprise celebration woven into our day trip, which was lovely. The Kale Konal breakfast is a wonderful spread and unmissable. The resident dog Badam will keep you company over coffee :)! The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Be prepared for a lot of up and down walking to the rooms, and come with lighter luggage. And dont miss a walk up the Uchisar Castle, the views are totally worth the short walk up.

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

I have no words to describe how much I loved this place. I originally booked for 3 days but ended up staying for one week. The views are to die for, the breakfast is one of the best I ever had, everything was freshly cooked and with a lot of variety, both rooms I stayed in were equally beautiful and comfortable. This hotel is absolutely magical. All of the above would be enough to make me come back again and again, but what made this hotel special to me are the hosts, Ibrahim and Eser. They are very welcoming and made me feel like as if I were a part of their family. They will help you with whatever you may need, be it a balloon ride, a taxi or where to buy the best Lokum. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was very nice too. Inshallah I will be able to come back soon.

Great hotel and also restaurant. I was staying in Cappadocia for several nights and moved here a little far from the busy Goreme. The rooms are stone built and very cute and comfortable, with a jacuzzi or hammam. It's comfortable to sleep in and has all the amenities. The owner and staff were very kind and friendly, and they gave us advice on future travel routes and provided information on nearby sightseeing. In addition, the food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the testi kebab we had for dinner and the luxurious breakfast were both very delicious. The staffs are very kind. I feel like family. Unlike Goreme, you can spend your time in a calm atmosphere. I stayed longer because it was comfortable… finally I stayed 5days so lovely memories thank you Teşekkürler
