Beautiful little place to stay! Rosie was great with communication & very friendly when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected & only a super short walk to the water front. It's a great spot in a beautiful location.

Beautiful, peaceful, idyllic location right by the water at Queen Charlotte Sound. We enjoyed walking the last leg of the famous Queen Charlotte track, which was a wonderful, relatively easy track offering superb views. Jumped off the jetty for a swim in the sound and within 2 mins having a hot shower at the apartment. Tanya and Shayne could not have made us more welcome. They clearly enjoy sharing their piece of paradise, and their enthusiasm is addictive. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, peaceful sleep. Don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you possibly can. You won't regret it! We've stayed in some gorgeous places in the South Island and this one was our favourite. We had a great time staying with Prue and Don and look forward to returning in the future! Serene/ quiet location, very clean cabins and bathroom with complementary soaps etc, lovely friendly hosts, nice breakfast, cute friendly dog Oscar, use of free kayaks, well equipped kitchen and Spa pool and use of dart board!
