I loved the place and the style,everything was really nice. the staff was amazing, helpful, friendly. The room was awesome, very clean in a great location just a short stroll of everything, playa norte two minutes walking, best beach of our trip to mexico. I would recommend to anyone else and stay again.

Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, very accommodating staff who helped us through with our booking error and fixing the tv. Excellent location walking distance to the Playa Centro, Playa Norte and the ferry terminals, lots of food options nearby and we appreciated how there is a pharmacy and mini mart opposite the hotel. Pool was well maintained

Arthuro and Yessica we're exceptional during our stay! From accommodating us with a later check out, luggage keeping, to the friendliness, the delicious breakfast and helpful tips. The place was conveniently located near a local beach in a very safe and walkable neighborhood We stayed for a night only but to enjoy the rooftop pool! The room was small but comfortable with Ac and a little balcony, comfortable bed. The shared washroom was always cleaned and accessible

My partner and I had a great experience with our host Enrique and Enrique junior both are fantastic warm welcoming people that we enjoyed interacting with. Enrique is a great host, he's very friendly and a nice person and well informed of the areas in Cancun, PLAYA del CARMEN and TUlum for advice. The room we had was a nice big and clean bed, with nice comfy pillows and bed sheets and came with a functional A.C ( Air Conditioner), room was always fresh and cool. The washroom came with clean towels, hand liqued soap and body wash bar that smelled refreshing. Location is inside a gated community and is very safe. The most wonderful stay ever! Lilly treated us like family from the moment she picked us up at the airport. They invited us to eat and celebrate new years evening with them and even drove us to the fireworks at the beach! Couldn't be more happy. Lilly always supported us with everything and always had a cute surprise. Wonderful place as well, even more beautiful than the pictures! Best bed and very quiet, we slept like babies! We are very sad to leave and would 100% recommend this place! The room is spacious and beautiful bathroom. Very very clean as well. Moreover, we saw a Tucan bird flying by in the beautiful garden :)
