We stayed just one night at Hiro's place and we had an amazing experience! The house is lovely in a very traditional Japanese style, and there's a small private onsen too! Hiro really made us feel welcome in his home, and greeted us with lots of kindness. The garden has a lovely pond and the little dog is so sweet! I really recommend Hiro place for an authentic and lovely experience in Japan. Hope we can come back again in the future. Thank you Hiro!

The Landlady was very nice and helpful Used her app to translate to English so that we could understand her better. Provided us with a sumptuous breakfast Room had a heating mat and good aircon. Location was central, located relatively close to the train station. There is a 7-11 and ENOS (petrol kiosk) located approximately 1minute walk away from accoms. Carpark available. Approximately 2mins drive from the nearby attractions, ~4mins drive from the Red bridge, the Toshogu Shrine. Please note that toilets are shared. There are two toilets. One on the second floor, one on the first floor. There is a bathroom on the first floor.

Very pleasant night. The owner of the accommodation takes care of every detail, from your welcome with recommendations on what to visit in the area to a very good and complete breakfast in the morning completely free of charge. The room is very comfortable, futon on tatami, and there are two bathrooms to share with the other guests. You also have the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before and after check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Mariko-san was extremely welcoming and lovely, she made us vegetarian breakfast and gifted us handmade charms! She also gave us a ride to a local restaurant right after arriving at the house so we could have lunch.

Staying at Sanga Nikko was definitely the highlight of our stay in Japan. The house is beautifully decorated, everything is clean and comfortable. Our host, Yoshi, is probably one of the kindest person we have ever met. He really did his best to make our stay perfect...between the welcoming fruits and cookies, the planning of our day trip to chuzenji, the reservation of the japanese restaurant...and the really enjoyable conversations about japanese culture and customs... We really had a fantastic time at Sanga Nikko ! We will definitely come back and send our friends there to stay !! Thank you for everything Yoshi !! If I could, I would give a 12/10 !!

I’m so happy that I booked this guesthouse😊. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated in a japanese style and it even smelled good everywhere. Also the futons were amazing, my 3 nights at this guesthouse were probably the most comfortable ones I ever had!! But the best part about this house was Eimi, the host😚. She is such a great, open and funny person with such a kind heart and helped us a lot during our trip, wether it was recommending restaurants, booking trains or planning the next day in Nikko. Eimi made everything about this guesthouse feel so homy and full of love. When sitting together with the other guests and Eimi and cocking okonomiyaki on a rainy night or going on a cycling tour together it really felt like having a new family 🫶🏻. When I visit Japan again some day, I will definitely come back again ☺️☺️

    Great hosts who went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Spotless house, quiet location, beautiful touches to make it feel homely, an awesome bath that stays hot and fills automatically- the best bath I have ever had! Hosts had information including timetables for buses, shows at edo wonderland at their finger tips. Walking distance - 5mins to bus stop and only 10mins tops to train station. Host also took us to the train station in their private car - very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved our stay and wish we stayed longer.
