At first, after reading some of the comments, I wasn’t sure it would be that great. But upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, and the host was extremely kind and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house itself felt cozy and homely, and it seemed like most of the furniture was handmade, which gave the atmosphere a unique character. There was everything we needed – in the kitchen olive oil, salt, a pan and other utensils; in the bathroom toilet paper, soap, etc. It was a pity we only stayed for two nights, as we could have happily spent more time there. Highly recommended! ;)

Sara is an exceptional host and we had a brilliant stay at Belvedere. The property is perfectly situated for beautiful local hikes, and the room was spotless and finished to a very high standard, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful mountain view. Sara really goes the extra mile and the breakfast was excellent. Sara even gave us some homemade honey from her bees. Highly recommend! Grazie mille Sara, we hope to stay with you again.

Everything was perfect for us, from the service to the rooms and location. Our host was very kind to us, providing us with everything we needed and more. The location of the house is also perfect, giving us access to anything we needed in the area, especially to the lake Auronzo (there is a bridge nearby which ensures a walking path to the other side of the lake). The rooms were very clean and they were also cleaned each day. The breakfast was everything we wanted and was perfect for us as we planned to go to the mountains each day. We would highily recommed the place to anyone interested. This is our second year visiting the Dolomites and the place gave us everything we needed. It is also close to many known hiking routes in the area.
