Freda is an incredible host. This B&B experience is like home from home. There is everything you could possibly need provided, including evening snack, fruit basket and lots of teas and coffee. I mentioned I was GF and got a full tray brought to me immediately. No expense spared and all done in a really friendly yet professional way. I will be returning.

Luckily all the hotels were full booked so I could find this gem ! Magnificent location , the beach is minutes away . Catherine is a brilliant hostess , her smile and chats are beyond amusing. Defo will be there whenever am in Waterford area.

The property was amazing. Anna is a fantastic host. I have stayed in hotels, hostels and apartments all over the world. This is by far the best place I have stayed. Nothing was an inconvenience for Anna and she truly wanted you to feel at home and be comfortable. If it was possible to rate Anna higher than 10, I wouldn't hesitate.
