The staff are beyond friendly,the room I was in was spotless,the food in the bar was fantastic and reasonably priced,the bar has a great welcoming feeling when you walk in and it wasn't too crowded or too load which is great if you just want a quiet point after a long day of hiking.

With panoramic views of Kerry Mountains, Murphys Farmhouse B&B is set on a working dry stock farm. The property is 5 minutes’ walk from Boolteens village and within 1 km of Castlemaine village.

Although it was stated that there is no breakfast offered, the hosts have provided coffee, tee, fruits, pastries - simple, but so nice gesture. Thanks, this was lovely and very comfortable place to stay.

Very cozy, clean and welcoming guesthouse. Convenient check-in. Very nice and caring woman who took care of us during breakfast. It is very nice that the kitchenette is open 24 hours a day, where you can prepare coffee, tea and have a snacks.

Geographicly Perfectly placed between Milltown and Killarney Easy and stressfree Booking and Acces Nice and cozy Bed Perfect working shower ( hot and cold that's not everywhere in Ireland 😅) and clean bathroom Caitriona the owner is absolutely lovely, nice chatting, and has good advice for what to see or do around that area . But for all she is really caretaking and I felt like she really cared that I had a good stay ... All in All perfect place to Rest and Roam
