Great location! Thanks to our amazing host, we were able to walk up to Bromo and Mt. Batok just as we wanted, avoiding the crowds and groups. Davi was wonderful—he gave us the best tips to explore the area, and we enjoyed unforgettable hikes with stunning sunset and sunrise views. The room was comfortable, with a hot shower—everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a more authentic experience. For meals, we had lunch and dinner on a beautiful terrace just a few minutes’ walk from the homestay.

- The perfect location to explore Bromo from, walking distance to the viewpoint/crater etc. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. Very helpfull owner. Already before arrival he whatsapped us with useful tips about how to get there. He also advised us on how to go about the Bromo tour. We walked to the sunrise point and then to the crater. But you can also hire a motorbike taxi if you do not want to walk. From the hotel you have a great view of the vulcano.

Honestly, it was a great surprise! Comfortable beds, very hot and strong shower, and the best part: a TV with Netflix, which is rather rare even in hotels around Indonesia! Easy communication with the host, who offered us various transfers/tours. The room was very clean, and the location is great, specially if you want to make it to Bromo without a tour. Finally, big thanks to the host that let us take a quick shower after check-out time :)
