Went to see some friends in Newcastle-under-Lyme, and needed a place to stay. The location is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was facing the road, so it got a bit noisy with the cars up and down, but nothing that a pair of ear plugs couldn't help with. Knowing the area this is actually the quietest place we could get, just a light sleeper here :) We also had a bit of fun downstairs at the pub, played a bit of darts, overall it was great! What a wonderful idea, will definitely stay again when visiting friends!

Breakfast was lovely, Kevin and his wife even served us oatcakes which was a lovely touch, the rooms were comfortable and cosy. Nice and clean. Good location into Newcastle. Kevin and his family were welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home. Met and exceeded expectations and won´t hesitate to stay again, thank you Kevin!
