She was very friendly, caring and helpful. She has also washed our laundry during our stay for a fair price. We felt so comfortable and safe as the place is located in a quieter neighborhood away from the main street yet not too far from the shops and restaurants. I have caught a bad cold and she gave me some medicine to help with my strong cough. She also booked a tour for us and overall just walked the extra mile. We stayed one night through booking.com and extended our stay directly with her for another 4 nights. Thank you so much for your hospitality and that we could use AUMORI for our recovery.
