We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner.

Thu Huong and her husband and daughters are very, very nice...I will most definitely stay here in the future, for sure. There is so much good food around the location, and one of the best banh mi sandwiches you will EVER have right near here. Great bargain for the price. There was construction going on next door,but they don't really start too early, and it didn't bother me. I just closed my bathroom door, and I could barely hear it.
