There is always domestic water at the facility (there is a problem in Ayvalik with water supply) due to availability of water reservoirs, so you never have problem with taking shower. The host is very interesting person, erudited, who you can have a nice talk during the evening tea or cup of coffee in the backyard of the property. We had no problems by leaving our bags at the early arrival, and leaving the stuff till evening after checkout in the reception.

Perfect location to be close to the airport. Stafff was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. And so perfect to be able to have dinner and breakfast at the guest house (and both super tasty!!!). I was coming from a long trip, and they even let me do laundry. THANK YOU!

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. Wow! Ionia Guest House is truly a hidden gem. It is located beside an olive grove in a rural area not far from Aydin. It was the perfect place to use as a launching pad to explore various ancient cities in the area (Ephesus,Kusadashi,Magnesium by the Maender,Miletus, Priene,Pamukkale). What was truly special about the Ionia Guest House however, were the hosts Jason and Shiree. It is obvious that this is their passion as their only goal was to see to, and attend to their guests’ every need. They were helpful, friendly, and wore their hearts on their sleeves. They went above and beyond in helping us sort out any problems we encountered and will always be thankful. The room was spacious and clean and the swimming pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day. Breakfast and dinner meals were fabulous with tasty food and big portions. They also had a laundry service for a very reasonable rate where they charged by the load and not by the item. The Ionian Guest House is a place we will always remember fondly.

At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. We liked everything in this place. It is a small town very quit and the house is on the hill with wonderful view. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and above all the kindness and friendliness of the host. The swimming pool is inviting and I had nice swim there. We were touring that part of Turkey and visiting historical sites. Hosts informed us about Priene ruins in the neighborhood, which we would otherwise miss. Thank you for that. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Lindos is a simple yet very hospitable pension right on the water with a great view of the Kaunos tombs. Breakfast was satisfying and varied. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There's lots of cats!
