Free WiFi is accessible throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Everything was perfect!! Big and clean room, super comfortable bed, breakfast very good. The House is 15 minutes walking from the “city center” but it is super easy to reach + you can take a bike and go around. Special thanks to all the people I met: extremely kind!!!!

The room was spotless, spacious, bright and comes with a comfy bed, AC and a fridge. The toilet is well designed and there’s daily room service with towels being changed and toiletries topped up. There’s a shared kitchen with microwave, hot water, dinnerware, toaster and bread. You can easily rent new motorbikes and borrow a bike as well. Location is a bit far from the centre but Grab works very well. Big shopping malls nearby such as BigC, Central, but also a 7/11 and a new laundry service. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended!

The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

It’s a cozy, quiet home built by the village, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view overlooking the Mekong River. We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommended!
