The room was big and clean too.

All rooms are fitted with a terrace with mountain views. The property is spotless, clean and super cosy. The owners take amazing care of the rooms as well as any requests from the guests. Lovely Pamela and Andrè, the owners, are always there for any question. The view from the terrace is just spectacular. We had breakfast outside, enjoying the vista of the ocean. We’ll definitely return to Exotic Guest House again when back to Praslin. Plus it’s just 5min walk from the main street and the beach.

The bus stop is just outside the place.

Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. We liked the property as each room was a proper apartment with its veranda facing the garden. Plenty of room inside and outside, kitchen had all the necessary needed, the veranda was very comfortable for having meals or just chill on the beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the mosquito net was very clean and useful. The couch and desk were also very useful, toilet was very spacious. Staff incredibly kind and always willing to help. The place is right in front of a very nice beach, just bring mosquito spray and body oil because there are sand bugs everywhere on the beach!!

The location is amazing, a few steps from an almost private beach. The most beautiful beach of the island, Anse Georgette, is only a 5 minute drive (and 20 minutes walk in the golf course) away. The owner is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The property has a bar and a restaurant. Free WiFi is available in the rooms. This was the first property I stayed in my trip around Seychelles and it set the bar very high - not matched by the other places I stayed afterwards! Very friendly owners & fantastic staff (the Kenyan ladies) - always with a smile on their faces. I was greeted with a glass of juice when I arrived which was very nice. Perfect location as the property is in front of the beach. Very good breakfast and the food at the restaurant where I had dinner is delicious and so many flavours, also unmatched by the other places I stayed. And I still miss the sweetest bananas available in the hall for the guests :)
