We had the pleasure of staying at three places in Nizwa, and this was by far the best! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, feels brand new, and the rooms are incredibly large—perfect for small families. The host was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and warmth. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for, which added so much to the experience. Their hospitality was unparalleled, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. We’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this one easily ranks as the best we’ve ever stayed in. The only regret we have is not being able to enjoy it for longer. We checked in late and sadly missed out on spending more time in the charming outdoor seating areas. A huge thank you to the host for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. We hope to return soon, and next time, we’ll make sure to arrive earlier!

The terrace is amazing overlooking the canyon. The host Ali and his wife live just behind and are very kind. They make dinner and breakfast on request ans serve it either in the guest room in their home or on the terrace. We had so much fun chatting with Ali’s family in the evening. Lovely local people . The courtyard and roof top terrace provided a good overview of Al Hamra, a natural and calming environment. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
