AC works fine. The owners are friendly and approachable. They recommend us things to do in Kandy as well as easy way to catch the train.

The place is on a hill a short tuktuk away from the city. It’s a very serene location and a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day in the city. Rooms are very clean and offering a lovely terrace with panoramic views over Kandy. There is also tea available at all times in the shared kitchen. Karun is such a wonderful host and organised the perfect tour of Kandy. He made my experience as a solo traveler very enjoyable and took me to local places to eat and experience Kandy life as a true local. Karun’s endless kindness was so warming. There is a book in common area in which other traveller's have written about other places in Sri Lanka. They have a washing machine with detergent for free and a large drying area. The body wash, shampoo & shower setup was amazing.

From the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, provided recommendations for local attractions and helped planning tours or organized transportation. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience
