Hot springs are just a 15-minute walk. The garden he tends to is exceptional, I fell in love with the trees. The room is cozy and clean and has heated floors! Almost futuristic for Kyrgyzstan.

The cleanliness was top- notch I must say. The property has many beautiful flowers and trees and a relaxing outdoor seating area. The location is not too far from Bosteri. The property is very close to the beach perhaps less than 10 min and there’s a nearby bazaar or a market for buying fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a restaurant and supermarket nearby. There’s a small park nearby as well. The overall stay was comfortable. I very much recommend this place.

We had a private room. There are two big kitchens, plenty of bathrooms and a lovely common room with glodfish. It's hard to find by Google maps, bit a great location by the lake and the abandoned railway tracks. We walked to Muras, a great restaurant, in less than half an hour. Also walking distance to the abandoned Agitpunkt and abandoned port, and a beautiful pier.
