Very creative art and just original stuff (bed, soap holder, sink) etc etc. it was tasteful and amazing. Host was amazing. She waited for me even after midnight given a late arrival. It’s one of these places where you immediately feel at home and no pressure. I am still impressed by my stay. Location was excellent. Close to everything, food, bars, clubs and it’s right on the Colonial Zone.

The property was absolutely amazing! I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the moment I arrived. The pool and outdoor areas were stunning, the room was spotless, and there were so many fun, thoughtful amenities. Everything was beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing vibe. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone

We used it to bridge the time between two cruises. Bus station to Santo Domingo in walking distance. Very clean place. Hot water in shower. Silent A/C. Spacy living room to meet other travellers. Very nice interior. Fantastic hosts, that were very friendly, exceptional helpful that let one feel really at home. We got pampered. Safe and quiet place to stay. French or Spanish knowledge is an advantage. Have not been to places like this that often.

Akunamatata Guest House Grand Case, que tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis, está en Grand Case, a 1 min a pie de Playa de Grand Case. Had an amazing stay at Akunamatata and would highly recommend it. The house was clean and spacious and only a few minutes from the Main Street of Grand Case and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed while away. The outdoor area was relaxing and the bed very comfortable. Although we were sharing the house with other people it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you to Jamal for being so accommodating!

The location is amazing with a breathtaking view. The hostess is incredibly accommodating and made such good and healthy breakfast with products from the local market. Perfect also for morning runs. 100% recommend!!
