Staff were exceptional..always cheerful and willing to help. Changed breakfast when they realised we weren't eating the bread and sweet foods and provided fresh fruit, yoghurt salad and eggs instead. Highly recommend Hotel Kastro.

Also the beds and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is close to everything you need such as the center of the city the castle and the lake. We could comfortably return at the hotel late at night it felt safe. The staff was friendly and kind. In general very good experience!
