Just a few steps from Anstruther’s harbour and marina, with views over the Firth of Forth, The Waterfront offers 4-star bed and breakfast accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Its à la carte restaurant has a charming modern glass and timber frontage. The rooms were beautifully renovated. So comfortable and plenty of space. Great location on the waterfront of quaint Anstruther. Breakfast was lovely the next morning too. Our favorite place on our two week trip to Scotland.

It is situated 27 km from St Andrews Bay and provides luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I cannot stretch enough how wonderful our stay was. The hosts were as equally friendly as nearly ever person we met in Leven. The room had a suitable size and we could also use the shared breakfast room (with amazing sea view) as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub in addition to our own bathroom free of charge. With a very small fee we could have also used an additional lounge room and kitchen that is absolutely worth the price - we were allowed to peek in it. If I ever come back to Leven, I will choose this accomadation without thinking twice! Thank you so much!

This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and full-day security. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the inner courtyard and quiet street. BREAKFAST was one of the best we had for a long time. Hope we stay there again in this April. Thanks Laura!!!!

Homemade biscuits on arrival were delicious. Breakfast was brilliant. Super friendly staff.

All rooms at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. At Clarke Cottage Guest House the rooms have a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Nice large cottage with individual rooms. Private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, there is a pleasant common reading room at the back of the cottage. Whilst on a busy road, we did not hear any noise from our room towards the rear of the cottage. There is a very nice pub 4 minutes up the road which does a variety of pub food. The facilities matched the price.

Very private with own en-suite. Very friendly and helpful host who made us feel so welcome. Snacks and light breakfast were provided in the lovely lounge.
