El cuarto bien precio calidad, buen aire acondicionado y cama enorme.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Viajamos en invierno y hace mucho frío pero nos tenían preparada una manta eléctrica para la cama que fue simplemente una bendición. En el alojamiento nos ayudaron con la información y además estaba todo súper limpio, por nuestra parte no podemos pedir más

El personal es muy amable, el lugar está súper cerca de la entrada del parque nacional de Wulingyuan, la misma persona que te recibe te da mapas del lugar y te asesora para que vayas a todos los lugares que necesites, además, en la calle contiguo hay un mercado nocturno precioso, donde puedes probar muchas comidas locas. Excelente experiencia.

The staff were absolutely amazing ! So friendly and helpful with planning our trips around the national park and booking tickets for us. We also bumped into one of the staff when we were a bit stuck coincidentally and he drove us back to the hotel which was so sweet. Beautiful bath on the balcony too !

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful. The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back! The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).

Tim was of great help in organizing all local trips, tickets and even ordering the tax. Kind, smiling and helpful. I was so pleased that he helped me organize the trips to Zgangjijajie Park, Tianmen mountain and others. Super responsive on the phone, also whatsapp and helped even remotely when I was already in the mountains. The guesthouse is cozy, clean and with a nice vibe. I loved my room. It was spacious, simple, and comfortable. important that I can open the window and have some fresh air as well. There is plenty of local restaurants and shops around to get by with shopping for food, grocery or gifts. If I come back to Zhangjiajie I will stay again for sure!
